1. Introduction

Welcome to LifeSecurePlus. These terms outline the conditions for access to our advisory service for retirees offered through lifesecureplus.club. By using our platform you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Service Offerings

Our advisory service includes personalized consultation and planning sessions. All sessions are scheduled upon confirmation. Clients must provide accurate personal details before service delivery.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable guides and resources. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. Unaccessed digital files may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. Once a file is downloaded the purchase is final.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed materials or reserved documents are shipped to the address provided. Clients may ship goods back to us in original condition within 14 days of delivery for reimbursement of the purchase price minus shipping fees. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Service Sessions: Clients may request a reimbursement in writing via the contact form at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. Approved requests will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 14 business days. If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment the fee is non-reimbursable due to resource allocation, however the session may be transferred to another date within 90 days subject to availability.

5.2 Digital Products: Unaccessed digital materials may be reimbursed in full if the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase via the contact form. After download no reimbursement is possible as the item is immediately available.

5.3 Goods: Goods shipped back must be received by our facility in original condition within 14 days. Upon acceptance a reimbursement of the purchase price minus any shipping or handling charges will be issued within 14 business days.

5.4 Reimbursement Method: All approved reimbursements are processed to the original payment source or, if unavailable, as account credit at the discretion of LifeSecurePlus. Account credit may be used for any service, digital product, or goods purchase.

5.5 Non-Reimbursable Services: Certain bespoke planning sessions are non-reimbursable once preparatory work has commenced. This is due to the immediate dedication of expert resources. Details of non-reimbursable engagements will be provided at booking.
